The popular CADEX Conference and President’s Dinner is coming back to Halifax this November, after a two year absence. The conference, Which is sponsored by TD, CADA, Canadian auto dealer, and NSADA, returns with a dynamic lineup of speakers and panellists from a variety of industry, media and OEM backgrounds, creating an environment where attendees can learn, reconnect and be inspired.
“We are very excited about the return to the CADEX Conference and the President’s dinner,” said NSADA CEO John Sutherland, “both of which have been put on hold since 2020. So it’s really great to be back, because both are the signature events in the retail automotive industry here in Nova Scotia.”
The afternoon will be moderated by Niel Hiscock, Publisher of Canadian auto dealer magazine, with a Keynote Speech by Don Romano, President and CEO of Hyundai Auto Canada.
Informative panel sessions include a discussion on the topic of building functional software stacks, including representatives from Truro, Tekion and Real World Analytics; and a panel discussion on the Maritimes’ EV Roadmap to 2035, with Brian Kingston of the CVMA, David Adams from GAC and Darren Slind, CEO of Clarify Group.
“We’ve got a very impressive lineup of speakers for the CADEX Conference, and for the President’s dinner,” said Sutherland. “We’re delighted to note that it is actually the 25th anniversary of that signature event. So we’re looking forward to it. We really value the support of our sponsors and the industry.”
Preceding the CADEX Conference, there’s another dinner for the auto industry on the evening of November 9th. “The night before the CADEX Conference, there’s also the Automotive School of Nova Scotia Alumni Dinner which we are featuring as well,” said Sutherland. “That too is a return, having put that on hold since 2020.”
