PBS Systems said it attracted record attendance at its Dealer Conference 2023, which it recently wrapped up. The event was offered to franchise automotive retailers from Sept. 13-15 at the Hyatt in downtown Calgary, Alta.
The conference saw more than 230 people attend, representing 122 dealerships throughout Canada and the United States.
“We have been hosting our annual Dealer Conference for over 20 years. The most recent conference in the heart of the Rockies was by far our most engaging and successful one yet,” said Lynn McNeill, Senior Vice President of PBS Systems, in a press release. “We had record attendance, including prospects who wanted to gain a better understanding of the total PBS experience.”
A new addition to this year’s conference was keynote speaker Jon Cornish, who is a Canadian Football Hall of Famer and University of Calgary Chancellor. PBS Systems said his talk focused on navigating the future of digital transformation, customer experience, and community investment.
PBS Systems’ President Dave Bradley said the next Dealer Conference will be held in Nashville, Tennessee from Sept. 18-20, 2024.
