DesRosiers says Keller was a pioneer in the auto industry who “smashed through the glass ceiling” and paved the way for many other women to play prominent roles. This new endowment has raised almost $400,000, but DesRosiers is urging dealers and other industry supporters to help fund it so that it can provide financial assistance to more women entering the auto industry — something he says it sorely needs.

DesRosiers, always a colourful interview, shares insights about Keller, the role she played supporting Canada’s auto industry, and what he’s now doing in retirement.
