Nova Scotia’s largest auto group, Steele, has made further forays into the U.S. market, with their recent acquisition of North Star Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in San Antonio. Since expanding into Texas in February of 2020, Steele now owns and operates Luling Chevrolet, Steele Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM Gonzales, Steele Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM Lockhart, Steele Hyundai Kyle, Steele Hyundai New Braunfels and, as of June, Steele South Loop Hyundai in Houston, Texas. North Star Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram will be renamed Steele North Star CJDR San Antonio.

The group is currently comprised of 56 new auto dealerships, seven used auto dealerships, three Powerhouse Equipment stores and eight collision centres, and is headquartered in Dartmouth, NS.
