Audi has revealed EV charging cubes composed of dismantled test vehicle batteries at its Neckarsulm plant in Germany, enough for 72 charging points. As part of this energy storage system, each cube houses 198 battery modules with enough space inside for 132 more. Taken together, the cubes store 1.58 MWh of energy, with each cube providing 24 charge points for EVs and storing just over 500 kWh of energy. Read original article here.
