Genesis Kelowna, part of the Kot Auto Group, opened its first standalone luxury boutique this month to showcase the brand’s contemporary design.
Announced around mid September, the British Columbia-based distributorship is located just off Highway 97 on Cary Road. The facility, now sporting a new look and feel, is separate from Kelowna Hyundai where Genesis Kelowna previously operated out of.
“Opening the standalone retail facility separate from Kelowna Hyundai is the perfect way to showcase the luxury brand, while having the ability to focus on the retail experience for our customers,” said Kot Auto Group Owner John Kot in a statement.
The new boutique features an open floorplan to support all the Genesis models and electric vehicles, and includes a designated waiting room for customers. The facility also offers a Genesis at Home service and the brand’s online sales platform so consumers can browse and purchase their vehicle online.
