The grand opening of a newly redesigned Porsche dealership in British Columbia’s Richmond Auto Mall took place earlier this month.
The event, which celebrated the new Porsche Centre Richmond in the Greater Vancouver Region, coincided with the 75th anniversary of Porsche. It was attended by a number of people, including Porsche Canada President John Capella.
He offered a few remarks about the new dealership concept, which is considered to be more than just a store; Porsche Centre Richmond is also being marketed as a destination and gathering place for Porsche enthusiasts in Western Canada.
The store is jointly owned by the Dilawri Group of Companies and OpenRoad Auto Group. Dilawri President Ajay Dilawri and OpenRoad’s CEO Christian Chia also attended the grand opening of the dealership and shared remarks at the opening ceremonies.
