The Montreal International Auto Show wants to modernize the experience it offers, provide value to stakeholder visitors and exhibitors, and redefine the event’s strategic positioning in an effort to adapt to the realities of today’s industry.
To do that, MIAS is launching an initiative that involves a public survey and individual interviews with OEMs and dealerships.
“We are determined to offer an exceptional experience to our visitors by reinventing our offerings,” said Luis Pereira, Executive Director of MIAS, in a statement. “This strategic reflection will allow us to identify growth opportunities and implement innovative elements that meet the expectations of our partners and visitors.”
The MIAS Executive Vice President, Denis Dessureault, also offered his remarks, noting that the team has a clear mandate from their board of directors, and that they are all focused on the future. “We have often acted as pioneers in the field and intend to continue doing so,” he said.
The strategic reflection process is currently underway and MIAS plans to unveil the results of its initiative by the 2025 edition. Until then, the next auto show is set to take place from January 19 to 28, 2024, at the Palais des congrès de Montréal.
