Montréal-based 360.Agency, which offers digital tools geared towards car dealerships within and beyond Québec’s borders, recently launched its next-generation CRM Pro 360 platform.
The program was originally launched in 2012 to offer dealers a platform that seamlessly brings together all the digital solutions they need to manage their in-dealership customer relationships. The updated version features an improved user interface.
“The research and development team has been working for 18 months on a complete overhaul of the technology behind its products, which will now feature a modern visual architecture that will make it possible to continue to develop them in the future and remain in the vanguard of technological innovation,” said 360.Agency in its news release.
According to the company, the solutions aim to meet the needs of dealers when it comes to BDC management, showroom management, quotes, marketing campaigns and task automation.
