The PBS 2023 Dealer Conference is coming up this fall: the annual event will take place from Sept. 13-15 at the Hyatt Regency in downtown Calgary, Alta., and is exclusive to dealerships working on the PBS v10 software.
The goal of the event is to help drive efficiencies from the PBS DMS, and aims to be a collaboration and education conference. The feedback the company obtains will also help them with future versions of their DMS.
According to PBS, the conference will feature a keynote speaker, informative speaking sessions meant to help attendees gain insight from the people who built and programmed the software, two and a half days of workshops, and two networking receptions. Industry discussions, FAQ sessions, and sneak peak sessions will also be included.
“This is the place to meet with your dealership peers and discuss topics that impact everyone in the industry,” said PBS on its website in relation to its industry discussions. “These separate topic sessions will provide a forum to talk about initiatives, challenges, and learn from each other.”
The event is targeting dealer principals, general managers, parts managers, CFO / controllers, sales managers, and service managers from the auto retail environment. More than 200 PBS customers are registered this year, most from Canada, while some attendees are coming from the United States.
