Keyloop to launch industry event on May 2 in Toronto

Keyloop is launching an event on May 2 that will explore how digital transformation can result in a more efficient sales and customer lifecycle for automotive manufacturers and retailers.

The event is called “Leading with Experience First” and is set to be held at Hotel X in Toronto, Ont.; it will include a panel of technology experts and automotive specialists that will discuss current industry topics. Areas of discussion will range from building advocacy to the omni-channel experience and driving customer retention through loyalty.

“Digital disruption is enabling change in a rapidly evolving automotive industry,” said Keyloop’s Chief Alliances Officer, Megan Harvey, in a statement. “Shifts in both retail models and consumer behaviour are creating the need for manufacturers and retailers to accelerate their technology plans.”

Harvey will be one of the speakers at the event. Another includes Claudia Worms Sciama, Managing Director of Google Canada.

The panel speakers are Aleiza Alerta, Director of Marketing and Corporate Communications at Volvo Cars Canada; Roch Lessard, Product and Corporate Strategy at Hyundai Canada; Linda Frey, Vice President of Marketing at the Policaro Group; and Manoj Tiwary, Chief Information Officer at Subaru Canada.

Harvey said Keyloop was excited to partner with experts and deliver an event in Canada that addresses “some of the big issues the industry is facing.”

“We’re confident it will allow attendees to engage with industry peers and unlock real value in the latest insights, best practices and emerging trends impacting the sector,” she said in a statement.
