J.D. Power Auto Summit to introduce new panel about operational scale

One of the topics that will be discussed at the J.D. Power Auto Summit next year will tackle the question: Is operational scale critical to future success in auto retail?

The session, aptly named Get Big or Go Home — or Not?, will explore today’s economies of scale and future opportunities to grow enterprise-level retail profitability. It will be moderated by Erin Kerrigan, Founder of Kerrigan Advisors.

The panel discussion is all-new and will include Rita Case, President and CEO of Rick Case Automotive Group; Damien Mills, CEO and Owner of Mills Automotive Group; and Joe Serra, Chairman of Serra Automotive. Howard Tenenbaum, Partner at Keyes Motors, will also take part in the discussion.

The J.D. Power Auto Summit is set to take place on Feb. 1, 2024, in Las Vegas, Nevada. More information, including registration details about the event is available here.

The summit will occur on day one of the NADA Show 2024 (Feb. 1-4, 2024), which is organized by the National Automobile Dealers Association. The theme for this event will be “Driving the Future.

Some of the main-stage speakers include Jon Taffer, described as a business expert and executive producer of Bar Rescue; Danica Patrick, former racer driver, author, broadcaster, and podcast host and entrepreneur; and Kurt Warner, a hall of fame quarterback and philanthropist.
