Canadian company Sym-Tech Dealer Services has partnered with J.D. Power Automotive into an alliance that will join two leading F&I companies across the border, and bolster Sym-Tech’s new “daveplus platform,” which is launching in early 2023. As a result of this new partnership, Sym-Tech’s new platform will be enhanced by J.D. Power’s “advanced in-person and virtual menu and prescriptive selling functionality, leading-edge analytics and direct-to-consumer digital technologies.”
