Luxury retailer Holand Automotive Group, owner of Ferrari Québec in Montréal, Que., has recently acquired a dealership in California.
The acquisition of Ferrari South Bay, located in Torrance (within the Greater Los Angeles Area), marks the group’s first steps in the California market. In a news release, it said the new dealership was built in 2014 by Mattioli Automotive Group and is an “unmistakable landmark” of Hawthorne Boulevard.
“We’re fortunate to have some of the most knowledgeable staff in the network, with General Manager Eddie Brodsky leading an experienced team of sales and service professionals,” said Gad Bitton, President & CEO of Holand Automotive Group, in a statement.
He said they look forward to building a strong relationship with the new dealership, and bringing “our unique Ferrari Québec insight” to make it even more successful.
Holand Automotive Group leases vehicles of all makes and models and owns and operates a number of premium and luxury franchises in Canada and across the United States. This includes Ferrari Québec, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Québec, Lamborghini Palm Beach, McLaren Ville de Québec, BMW Ville de Québec, BMW Lévis, MINI Ville de Québec, Maserati Montréal, Maserati Laval, Maserati Ville de Québec, Lotus Palm Beach, and Lotus Ville de Québec.
“Having Ferrari South Bay as part of our portfolio of marquee brands will allow us to focus on growth and to slowly expand our footprint in the USA,” said Bitton in a statement.
The group also acquired the Circuit Mont-Tremblant racetrack in the Laurentians region of Québec in 2022. They plan to turn that track into an elite motorsports destination.
